Job Responsibilities –

  • Sourcing & Talent Pipeline: Developing sourcing strategies, utilizing job boards, social media, and networking to attract talent.
  • Screening & Assessment: Conducting initial screening interviews, skill tests, and reference checks to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.Stakeholder Management:
  • Collaborating with hiring managers to identify needs, define job descriptions, and set top preferences.Offer Negotiation & Closing: Managing the offer rollout process, negotiating salary, and ensuring competitive

offers.

  • Recruitment Metrics: Tracking KPIs like Time-to-Hire, Cost-per-Hire, and Quality-of-Hire.

Required Criteria –

  • Min 1-2 years of experience into Lateral hiring
  • Graduation Mandatory
  • Strong Communication Skills.
