We are looking for a dynamic HR professional to join our HR & Administration team as Team Lead – Talent Aquisition
Key Responsibilities:
Drive manpower planning and end-to-end recruitment
Handle hiring for critical, leadership & niche positions
Partner with business leaders on workforce planning and engagement
Manage recruitment governance, hiring metrics & employer branding
Coordinate with recruitment vendors and internal stakeholders
Candidate Profile:
MBA in HR
7–8 years of experience in factory/manufacturing industry
Strong exposure to talent acquisition and manpower planning
Experience in hiring mid-level and senior-level roles
Excellent stakeholder management and analytical skills
Location: Ashida Electronics Pvt Ltd. Thane
