We are hiring a Sales Coordinator to support and manage our pan-India sales network. The role focuses on coordinating with State Sales Partners, managing customer relationships, and ensuring smooth execution of orders from placement to delivery.
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate regularly with State Sales Partners across India
• Track and update order status from placement to delivery
• Maintain strong relationships with last-mile customers
• Support partners with guidance, assistance, and follow-ups
• Identify and approach Schools, Colleges & Corporates for business opportunities
• Convert leads into confirmed deals
• Coordinate between field teams and Ajmer Head Office
• Handle calls, WhatsApp communication, and daily coordination tasks
Candidate Requirements
• Experience in sales, coordination, or customer support preferred
• Excellent communication skills (Hindi & English)
• Strong follow-up and relationship management skills
• Proactive, responsible, and target-oriented mindset
• Comfortable with calling and WhatsApp coordination
• Knowledge of B2B sales / uniforms / apparel industry is an advantage
• Willing to work from Ajmer (or relocate)
