Svatantra Microfin (Aditya Birla Group) is looking for experienced Regional HR professionals to support its expanding business operations across multiple regions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations, employee lifecycle management, talent acquisition, employee engagement, statutory compliance, and HR business partnering for regional teams. This role requires a proactive HR professional who can effectively collaborate with business leaders, drive people initiatives, and ensure compliance with organizational policies while fostering a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
🔹 Manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee lifecycle management, and exit formalities across the assigned region.
🔹 Partner with regional business leaders to fulfill manpower requirements, drive employee engagement initiatives, and support performance management processes.
🔹 Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, statutory regulations (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, etc.), while maintaining accurate HR records, payroll inputs, and documentation.
🔹 Handle employee relations, grievance resolution, HR audits, MIS reporting, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business growth and organizational objectives.
