Job Description

We are hiring a Quality Analyst for the Domestic Voice Process. The role involves monitoring customer calls, ensuring quality standards, and supporting performance improvement in a BPO environment.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and audit customer calls

Evaluate agent performance based on QA parameters

Provide feedback and coaching to improve quality

Track KPIs and performance metrics

Prepare quality reports and documentation

Ensure adherence to process and compliance standards

Required Skills

1–2 years of BPO experience

Strong communication skills in English, Telugu, and Hindi

Good understanding of QA parameters and call auditing

Analytical and reporting skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Work Schedule

6 working days per week

Rotational week off
