Job Summary
We are urgently hiring a Quality Analyst for the Collections/Recovery process. The role requires experience in monitoring and evaluating collection interactions and ensuring compliance with process standards in a recovery environment.

PUC / Any Degree
2–4 years of experience in Collections / Recovery domain only
Relevant experience in collections or recovery process is mandatory

Key Responsibilities
Monitor and evaluate collection/recovery calls for quality compliance
Ensure adherence to process guidelines and regulatory standards
Conduct quality audits and provide feedback to agents
Identify gaps in performance and suggest improvements
Maintain quality reports and documentation
Support operations in improving recovery efficiency and customer handling
