Transcom India is urgently hiring a Quality Analyst for its Jaipur operations. The role focuses on monitoring service quality, evaluating customer interactions, and ensuring adherence to process standards in a BPO environment.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and evaluate customer interactions (calls/chats/emails)
Ensure adherence to quality standards and SOPs
Provide feedback and coaching to customer service agents
Prepare quality reports and performance dashboards
Identify process gaps and suggest improvements
Conduct audits and maintain quality scores
Support training teams with quality insights
Ensure consistent customer experience standards
Required Skills & Experience
Experience in Quality Analyst role in BPO preferred
Strong understanding of quality parameters and metrics
Good communication and analytical skills
Ability to evaluate customer interactions effectively
Knowledge of reporting and audit processes
Detail-oriented and process-driven approach
