Job Description
We are hiring a Quality Analyst with experience in the loan and lending domain. The role focuses on quality audits, compliance, and process improvement within NBFC operations.
Key Responsibilities
Perform quality analysis in lending operations
Conduct call audits, process evaluations, and feedback management
Ensure adherence to quality frameworks and compliance standards
Analyze data and identify process gaps
Support process improvement initiatives
Conduct calibration sessions and quality training support
Maintain quality reports and documentation
Required Skills
Experience in quality analysis within lending/loan processes
Strong understanding of QA frameworks and audit processes
Analytical mindset with attention to detail
Good communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to identify gaps and drive improvements
Experience in calibration and feedback handling
Eligibility Criteria
6 months to 1 year experience in Loan/NBFC domain
Strong knowledge of call audits and quality processes
High accuracy and detail orientation
