Realtek Consulting is seeking an experienced Microsoft Copilot Studio Power Platform Architect with strong hands-on expertise across Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Dataverse, enterprise integrations, and LLM-powered automation solutions. The ideal candidate will design and develop intelligent copilots, workflows, and enterprise-grade automation leveraging modern AI capabilities and Microsoft ecosystem technologies.
Key Responsibilities
Copilot Studio Development
Build, extend, and maintain copilots using Microsoft Copilot Studio
Develop topics, entity extraction, actions, and generative answers
Create custom extensions using Power Automate, APIs, and custom connectors
Integrate copilots with enterprise systems and external services
Connect enterprise data sources including Dataverse, Graph API, SharePoint, and Azure Functions
Power Platform Architecture & Development
Design and develop Power Automate flows including cloud, desktop, and business process flows
Build Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps with responsive user interfaces
Design and manage Dataverse-backed data models
Implement Dataverse schema, relationships, business rules, and calculated columns
Apply ALM practices using Azure DevOps (ADO) and GitHub for solution packaging and deployments
Integrations & Connectors
Develop and manage custom connectors and Power Platform integrations
Integrate with backend systems and third-party platforms including:
REST APIs
Azure Functions
Dataverse
SAP
ServiceNow
Salesforce
Ensure secure authentication using OAuth2 and Azure AD
Manage throttling, security controls, and exception handling
Prompt Engineering & LLM Applications
Design high-quality prompts and system instructions for AI-powered copilots
Develop few-shot examples and prompt engineering strategies
Apply grounding using enterprise data sources and APIs
Work with hybrid/vector retrieval and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) patterns where required
Microsoft Graph API Integration
Implement secure integrations with Microsoft Graph API
Develop automations involving:
Microsoft 365 users and groups
Mail and calendar services
Files and drives
Teams and collaboration channels
Build Graph-powered workflows inside Power Automate and Copilot solutions
Required Qualifications
Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Platform
Expertise in Power Automate, Power Apps, and Dataverse
Experience with Microsoft Graph API and enterprise integrations
Strong understanding of REST APIs and cloud integrations
Experience with AI, LLM workflows, and prompt engineering
Knowledge of secure authentication and enterprise-grade architecture
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and solution design skills
Preferred Experience
Experience with enterprise-scale automation projects
Exposure to AI-powered copilots and modern Microsoft ecosystem solutions
Experience integrating third-party enterprise platforms and services
