We are hiring a Lead Corporate HR Business Partner (HRBP) for a senior leadership role in Gurgaon. The position requires strong strategic HR expertise along with hands-on experience in corporate HR operations within BFSI organizations.
Key Responsibilities
• Drive end-to-end HRBP activities for corporate functions
• Lead Performance Management System (PMS) cycles and talent reviews
• Manage compensation and benefits frameworks
• Oversee corporate HR operations and strategic HR initiatives
• Handle vendor management and stakeholder coordination
• Lead and mentor a team of 3–4 HR professionals
• Partner with business leaders to align HR strategy with organizational goals
• Drive employee engagement, rewards, and performance interventions
Candidate Requirements
• 15+ years of overall HR experience
• Strong background in Corporate HRBP leadership roles
• Must have experience in BFSI sector only
• Hands-on expertise in PMS, C&B, HR operations, and vendor management
• Proven team leadership experience
• Currently working professionals preferred
• Strong stakeholder management skills
