Artasia is hiring an HR Recruiter cum HR Generalist to support recruitment activities and HR operations. This role is ideal for candidates who want to build a strong foundation in HR, recruitment, and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle end-to-end recruitment process
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates
• Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with candidates
• Support HR operational activities and documentation
• Assist in employee engagement initiatives
• Maintain HR records and candidate databases
• Coordinate with internal teams for hiring requirements
• Support HR generalist activities as required
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Fresher to 1 year of experience in HR preferred
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Good learning attitude and willingness to grow
• Graduation completed (No pursuing candidates)
• Interest in recruitment and HR operations
• Stable, committed, and detail-oriented mindset
