Job Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced HR (Payroll) professional to manage payroll operations, HR records, compliance, and employee lifecycle processes while ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
Key Responsibilities
Process payroll accurately and within defined timelines
Manage HRIS and maintain employee records
Handle leave and attendance management
Ensure statutory compliance including PF, ESIC, gratuity, and bonus
Resolve employee queries related to salary, leave, and attendance
Manage and support ESS portal operations
Coordinate GMC policy-related activities
Prepare and maintain HR MIS reports
Handle Full & Final settlement process
Manage advanced MS Office and Excel-based reporting and documentation
Required Skills
Good communication and presentation skills
Strong analytical and reasoning abilities
Excellent execution and organizational skills
Time management and multitasking capability
Strong knowledge of payroll processing and HR operations
Advanced MS Excel and documentation skills
