Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR Manager to lead end-to-end HR operations, workforce planning, and employee management within a Dairy/FMCG manufacturing environment. The role requires strong expertise in labour laws, factory compliance, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Manage complete HR operations and policy implementation
Handle manpower planning, hiring, and recruitment activities
Ensure labour law and factory compliance as per regulations
Manage employee relations and grievance handling processes
Oversee payroll coordination and employee welfare initiatives
Lead performance appraisal, training, and employee development programs
Provide leadership to the HR team and promote a positive workplace culture
Maintain HR documentation and ensure process compliance
Required Qualifications & Skills
MBA in HR / Master’s Degree in HR or equivalent qualification
10–12 years of HR experience in Dairy, FMCG, or Manufacturing industry
Strong knowledge of labour laws and factory compliance
Leadership and team management capability
Strong communication and decision-making skills
Ability to manage HR strategy and operational execution effectively
