Provide dedicated white-glove IT support to senior leadership, CXOs and executive stakeholders. Handle Windows and Mac support, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, SAP and VPN issues. Support iOS/Android mobile devices, AV and boardroom technologies including Teams, Zoom and Google Meet. Troubleshoot network and remote connectivity issues and provide proactive VVIP support. The role requires strong executive stakeholder management, a proactive approach and focus on zero business disruption. Working hours are 9 AM–7 PM IST with critical incident support.
