Job Overview
ObjectWin Technology is hiring a detail-oriented and creative Design Production Specialist to support a leading medical device company’s THV Marketing team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in marketing production, digital and print asset adaptation, and creative workflow management.
Key Responsibilities
Create, adapt, and version marketing assets for digital and print platforms
Prepare production-ready files while ensuring quality and accuracy
Manage production design and high-volume marketing asset workflows
Maintain brand consistency across all creative deliverables
Support creative operations and marketing production activities
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely project delivery
Handle creative revisions and asset updates efficiently
Ensure compliance with brand and regulated industry standards
Required Skills & Experience
Strong expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud including:
Adobe InDesign
Adobe Illustrator
Adobe Photoshop
Experience in production design and marketing asset versioning
Knowledge of print and digital file preparation
Experience managing creative operations and marketing workflows
Strong attention to detail and high-volume production capability
Good communication and coordination skills
Preferred Skills
Experience in Healthcare, Medical Device, Pharma, or regulated industries
