Namdev Finvest is expanding its MSME lending operations and is hiring a Credit Officer / Credit Manager for the LAP (Loan Against Property) segment. The role focuses on underwriting, credit assessment, and portfolio quality management.
Key Responsibilities
• Perform credit appraisal for MSME and LAP loan proposals
• Evaluate financial statements and borrower eligibility
• Conduct underwriting for secured/micro business loans
• Ensure compliance with credit policies and lending norms
• Assess risk and maintain portfolio quality
• Coordinate with sales and operations teams for loan processing
• Support approval and disbursement workflows
Candidate Requirements
• B.Com graduate (mandatory)
• Minimum 1+ year underwriting experience in secured or micro-business assets
• Experience in MSME / LAP credit processing preferred
• Strong analytical and financial assessment skills
• Local candidates only (Ajmer preferred)
• Immediate joiners preferred
