AU Small Finance Bank is hiring a Credit Manager for the Working Capital segment at Ajmer. The role focuses on credit assessment, underwriting, and financial analysis for business lending proposals.
Key Responsibilities
• Evaluate working capital loan proposals
• Conduct credit appraisal and financial analysis
• Assess borrower financials, cash flow, and risk profile
• Ensure adherence to credit policies and banking guidelines
• Coordinate with sales and business teams for loan processing
• Prepare credit notes and recommendations
• Maintain portfolio quality and risk control
• Support approval and sanction processes
Candidate Requirements
• Minimum 2 years of experience in credit/working capital segment
• Qualified CA or CMA mandatory
• Strong understanding of financial statements and credit analysis
• Experience in banking/NBFC credit underwriting preferred
• Good analytical and decision-making skills
• Knowledge of SME/working capital lending
