Job Overview
Foundershala Ventures, a boutique investment banking firm, is hiring CA Articles / Interns who are eager to gain hands-on exposure in investment banking, corporate advisory, and deal execution. This role offers practical learning across live transactions, financial analysis, and investor relations.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in due diligence assignments
Support investor relations activities
Work on private placements and equity fundraising for listed entities
Assist in deal execution and transaction documentation
Support Virtual CFO advisory services as required
Conduct financial research and data analysis
Assist senior team members in client deliverables
Maintain proper documentation and reporting for ongoing deals
Learning & Exposure
Real-time exposure to investment banking transactions
Experience in equity raising and corporate deals
Understanding of due diligence and financial structuring
Exposure to Virtual CFO advisory work
Development of analytical and financial modeling skills
Eligibility Criteria
CA Articles or CA Interns
Strong interest in investment banking and corporate finance
Good analytical and communication skills
Basic understanding of financial statements and MS Excel
Eager to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
