Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Billing Executive (Warehouse) responsible for handling billing operations, ERP-based order processing, inventory coordination, and MIS reporting in a fast-paced FMCG warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities
Process GT/B2B orders in ERP system
Handle GT/MT invoicing and MT appointment follow-ups
Manage warehouse operations support and customer service coordination
Ensure inventory management with FIFO/LIFO and 5S practices
Prepare and submit daily MIS reports to Head Office
Plan delivery appointments and scheduling of shipments
Coordinate vehicle placement for local and scheduled deliveries
Work closely with cross-functional departments for smooth operations
Maintain discipline, professionalism, and work ethics in operations
Required Skills
Hands-on experience with ERP systems / Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (Mandatory)
Strong knowledge of warehouse billing and FMCG operations
Understanding of FIFO, LIFO, and 5S practices
Good communication and coordination skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in billing operations
Ability to manage multiple operational tasks efficiently
