Hyatt Place Jaipur Malviya Nagar is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager – Kitchen Stewarding (KST) to oversee kitchen stewarding operations and maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the stewarding team, ensuring smooth kitchen operations, managing equipment and inventory, and supporting culinary teams to deliver exceptional hospitality experiences while adhering to Hyatt’s quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
🔹 Supervise daily kitchen stewarding operations and ensure cleanliness, sanitation, and hygiene standards are maintained.
🔹 Lead, train, and schedule stewarding team members while ensuring efficient manpower utilization.
🔹 Manage kitchen equipment, utensils, inventory, and coordinate preventive maintenance activities.
🔹 Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, HACCP standards, and Hyatt operational procedures.
