Eligibility Criteria

• Around 1 year of experience as Assistant Manager or Senior Team Leader in BPO
• Strong leadership and team handling skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in handling operations, targets, and escalations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
