Tata Capital is hiring an experienced Area Credit Manager for its Prime Home Loans (HL) & Loan Against Property (LAP) business in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating high-value credit proposals, assessing financial risks, ensuring compliance with credit policies, and supporting business growth while maintaining a high-quality loan portfolio. This role requires strong expertise in credit underwriting, financial analysis, and risk assessment for secured lending products with ticket sizes up to ₹15 Crore.
Key Responsibilities
🔹 Evaluate and underwrite Home Loan (HL) and Loan Against Property (LAP) proposals while ensuring adherence to credit policies and regulatory guidelines.
🔹 Conduct detailed financial analysis, credit appraisal, risk assessment, and property evaluation for high-value loan applications.
🔹 Collaborate with sales, legal, technical, and operations teams to ensure timely loan processing, approvals, and disbursements.
🔹 Monitor portfolio quality, mitigate credit risks, maintain compliance standards, and support business growth through effective credit decision-making.
