Key Responsibilities
• Support project execution and day-to-day operational activities
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely project delivery
• Track project tasks, updates, and documentation
• Handle support requests and assist in issue resolution
• Manage inbound calls, emails, and support queries when required
• Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and project-related documentation
• Maintain project records and status updates
• Assist in process improvement and workflow coordination
