Key Responsibilities
• Manage the end-to-end IT recruitment lifecycle
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels
• Screen and evaluate candidate profiles based on job requirements
• Conduct initial HR interviews and candidate assessments
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and technical teams
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers
• Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
