We are hiring a Salesforce Administrator to manage, maintain, and optimize our Salesforce CRM environment. The role involves system configuration, automation, user support, and ensuring smooth CRM operations across teams.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage users, roles, profiles, and permission sets
• Configure and maintain Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
• Build automation using Flow Builder
• Create and maintain reports and dashboards
• Provide day-to-day user support and resolve system issues
• Work with stakeholders to gather requirements
• Collaborate with developers for enhancements
• Ensure data quality and system performance
Candidate Requirements
• 5–10 years of Salesforce experience
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce administration
• Experience in Sales Cloud & Service Cloud
• Hands-on experience in Flow, Reports, Security, and Data Management
• Salesforce Admin Certification preferred
• Basic knowledge of Apex / LWC is a plus
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
