We are hiring a Digital Marketing Analyst responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns across multiple digital platforms. The role focuses on driving growth, improving ROI, and managing large-scale advertising budgets.
Key Responsibilities
• Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns on Google, Facebook, and other platforms
• Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance to maximize ROI
• Manage marketing budgets, timelines, and campaign execution strategies
• Build and manage marketing automation systems
• Run experiments across digital channels to improve conversions
• Identify and scale new audience segments and creatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for growth initiatives
• Ensure efficient utilization of high-value marketing budgets
• Drive data-backed decision making for marketing performance
Candidate Requirements
• 1–3 years of experience in digital performance marketing
• Experience handling ₹1 Cr+ monthly marketing budgets preferred
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset
• Ability to handle complex growth and optimization challenges
• Growth-oriented and experiment-driven approach
• Strong ownership and execution capabilities
