We are hiring a strategic and experienced finance leader for the role of Chief Financial Officer (CFO). The ideal candidate will lead financial planning, compliance, risk management, and overall financial strategy of the organization.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead overall accounting operations and financial controls
• Manage statutory audits and risk governance
• Oversee SAP implementation and process improvements
• Handle working capital and treasury management
• Monitor fixed assets and Capex planning
• Drive cost optimization and overhead analysis
• Manage banking relationships and financial compliance
• Ensure regulatory compliance and stakeholder management
• Lead and develop finance teams
• Establish strong financial governance systems
Candidate Requirements
• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) mandatory
• Strong leadership and strategic finance experience
• Experience in FMCG, Agri, Manufacturing, or related sectors preferred
• Expertise in financial planning and corporate finance
• Strong understanding of compliance and audit frameworks
