We are hiring a Relationship Manager (RM) for the Bancassurance channel. The role focuses on customer relationship management, insurance sales, and achieving business targets through bank partnerships.

Uttar Pradesh:
Lucknow, Sitapur, Varanasi, Prayagraj, Agra, Noida, Ayodhya, Meerut, Aligarh, Jhansi & other UP locations
Rajasthan:
Ajmer, Jaipur, Bagru, Jhunjhunu, Sikar, Behror, Jodhpur, Udaipur, Nagaur, Sawai Madhopur, Alwar
Key Responsibilities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with bank customers
• Understand customer needs and suggest suitable health insurance plans
• Achieve sales targets through Bancassurance channel
• Cross-sell insurance products via bank leads
• Provide excellent post-sales customer support
• Coordinate with bank staff for lead generation and conversions
• Ensure smooth customer onboarding and documentation
Candidate Requirements
• Graduate in any stream
• Experience in Insurance / Banking / Sales preferred
• Good communication and sales skills
• Target-oriented and customer-focused mindset
• Ability to work in a banking environment
Compensation
• Salary: Up to ₹3.60 LPA
