Key Responsibilities
• Handle write-off recovery cases
• Manage legal matters and litigation processes
• Coordinate and follow up on recovery actions
• Lead and manage legal team operations
• Handle arbitration and execution proceedings
• Ensure compliance with legal recovery processes
• Coordinate with internal departments for case resolution
• Monitor and track legal recovery performance
Candidate Requirements
• LLB / LLM qualification mandatory
• 4–6 years of relevant NBFC/legal experience
• Strong knowledge of legal recovery processes
• Experience in handling litigation and recovery cases
• Team management experience required
• Strong understanding of legal provisions
