Key Responsibilities
• Source Home Loan business from open market
• Build and manage DSA/channel partner network
• Achieve monthly sales targets
• Handle customer relationship management
• Coordinate with credit and operations teams for loan processing
• Ensure smooth conversion of leads into disbursements
• Maintain portfolio quality and documentation compliance
Candidate Requirements
• Experience in Home Loan / Mortgage sales preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Target-oriented and self-driven approach
• Good understanding of field sales operations
• Ability to work in a competitive sales environment
• Local market knowledge preferred
