Key Responsibilities
• Perform credit appraisal and underwriting for LAP and Home Loan cases
• Evaluate customer financial profiles and repayment capacity
• Assess risk and ensure compliance with lending policies
• Review and validate loan documents and financial statements
• Coordinate with sales and operations teams for case processing
• Ensure adherence to credit policies and regulatory guidelines
• Maintain quality of portfolio and minimize credit risk
• Support approval and decision-making processes
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Minimum 3 years of experience in HL / LAP underwriting
• Strong knowledge of credit evaluation and risk assessment
• Experience in secured lending products preferred
• Good analytical and decision-making skills
• Strong understanding of financial documents and credit policies
• Ability to work in a fast-paced lending environment
