Sanwaria Sweets Pvt. Ltd., a fast-growing FMCG brand, is hiring a Unit Manager for its Jaipur unit. The role requires an experienced professional to manage unit operations, maintain quality standards, and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage overall unit operations and daily activities
• Ensure quality standards, hygiene, and FSSAI compliance
• Supervise staff and maintain smooth workflow at unit level
• Monitor MIS reports and operational performance
• Manage stock monitoring and basic cost control
• Coordinate with internal teams for operational efficiency
• Ensure timely execution of production and operational processes
• Maintain workplace discipline and productivity standards
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Experience in FMCG or food industry preferred
• Strong operational and unit management skills
• Knowledge of quality standards and hygiene practices
• Understanding of FSSAI compliance and food safety norms
• Ability to manage teams and handle unit-level operations
• Good analytical and reporting skills
