Magpie Placements is hiring an Executive Assistant – Founder’s Office for a Singapore-based AI & GenAI Solutions company. This role requires a highly organized and proactive professional to support the Founder in managing operations, communication, scheduling, and coordination across business functions.
Key Responsibilities
Manage Founder’s schedule, meetings, and follow-ups
Handle invoicing, finance coordination, and MIS reporting
Support HR operations including interviews, onboarding, and documentation
Draft professional emails, presentations, and business documents
Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams
Maintain business records and operational updates
Assist in day-to-day administrative and strategic coordination tasks
Ensure smooth communication and timely execution of tasks
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of Executive Assistant or similar experience
Strong English and Hindi communication skills
Good knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, and business tools
Smart, proactive, and highly organized personality
Strong multitasking and coordination abilities
Own laptop and stable internet connection (Mandatory)
