Key Responsibilities
Provide L1 support for business and operational queries
Assist in basic business analysis and requirement understanding
Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution
Maintain reports and documentation
Support data handling and process tracking activities
Assist in preparing MIS reports and updates
Ensure timely resolution of support tickets
Follow defined SOPs and escalation processes
Required Skills & Eligibility
Basic understanding of business analysis/support processes
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Quick learner and team-oriented mindset
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office
Ability to handle tasks in a structured manner
