Job Overview
Transcom India is hiring an experienced Assistant Manager – Operations for its Travel BPO vertical. The role involves managing travel operations, handling international clients, and ensuring smooth execution of flight and hotel booking processes with strong operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end Travel BPO operations
Handle flight and hotel bookings for offshore markets
Ensure smooth execution of daily operational workflows
Lead and manage team performance and productivity
Maintain service quality and operational efficiency
Handle client communication and escalation management
Monitor KPIs and drive process improvements
Coordinate with internal teams for seamless operations
Ensure adherence to SOPs and process compliance
Required Skills & Experience
Proven experience in Travel BPO operations
Hands-on experience in flight and hotel bookings
Exposure to offshore/International travel processes
Strong team handling and leadership skills
Good client management and communication skills
Knowledge of Amadeus GDS system is an added advantage
Ability to drive performance and operational excellence
Immediate joiners preferred
