Job Overview
Transcom India is hiring Chat Process Executives for its Gurgaon operations. The role involves handling customer queries through chat support, ensuring quick and accurate responses, and delivering a high-quality customer experience in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries via chat support
Manage multiple chats simultaneously with accuracy
Provide timely and effective resolutions to customer issues
Maintain communication quality and professionalism
Follow process guidelines and standard responses
Ensure customer satisfaction and service quality
Document and update customer interactions in the system
Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution when required
Required Skills & Eligibility
Typing speed: 40 WPM with 95% accuracy
Good written communication skills
Comfortable with rotational shifts
Ability to handle high-volume chat processes
UG/Graduate with 6 months chat/email experience preferred
Freshers with strong communication may also be considered
Immediate joiners preferred
