Job Overview
AA Consultants is hiring an experienced Senior Sales Officer for Home Loan and LAP products in the DST channel. The role focuses on sourcing, managing, and converting leads while building strong relationships in the local market.
Key Responsibilities
Source and generate Home Loan & LAP leads from the market
Achieve monthly sales targets and business growth objectives
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners
Handle complete loan processing and documentation support
Coordinate with credit and operations teams for smooth disbursement
Conduct market visits and expand business networks
Ensure high-quality customer service and conversion ratio
Maintain regular sales reporting and pipeline updates
Required Skills & Experience
Prior experience in Home Loan / LAP sales (DST channel preferred)
Strong knowledge of local market and customer base
Good communication and negotiation skills
Target-driven and result-oriented approach
Ability to handle field sales and customer acquisition
