DigiGrove is looking for an experienced and performance-driven Campaign Delivery Manager / Head – Account Manager to join its Affiliate Marketing team. The role focuses on managing campaign operations, maintaining client relationships, and driving campaign performance through effective account and affiliate management.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and scale affiliate marketing campaigns
Handle advertiser and publisher relationships
Ensure smooth campaign delivery and optimization
Monitor campaign performance, ROI, and reporting
Coordinate with internal teams for campaign execution and growth
Maintain strong client communication and account management
Manage multiple campaigns and ensure timely execution
Analyze campaign data and identify performance improvement opportunities
Required Skills & Experience
Experience in Affiliate Marketing or Performance Marketing
Strong knowledge of CPL, CPA, and CPS campaigns
Good communication and team management skills
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and client accounts
Strong analytical and result-oriented mindset
Problem-solving and campaign optimization skills
Preferred Profile
Candidates with prior experience in campaign operations and affiliate account management
Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics and performance tracking
