Job Overview
Genius HRTech Limited is looking for a detail-oriented HR Operations Professional to manage core HR operational activities including onboarding, attendance management, employee lifecycle processes, and HR documentation.
Key Responsibilities
Manage OT, leave, and attendance records
Coordinate offer letters, appointment letters, and onboarding activities
Handle Full & Final settlement and employee exit management
Issue relieving and experience letters
Manage claim uploads and expense/invoice processing
Coordinate infrastructure setup for new joiners
Handle ex-employee verification requests
Maintain HR records and ensure process accuracy
Support smooth execution of HR operational activities
Required Skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good understanding of HR onboarding and employee lifecycle processes
Ability to manage multiple HR operational tasks simultaneously
Proactive approach and problem-solving mindset
Good communication and coordination skills
