Job Overview
We are hiring 50 Technical Trainers for on-campus training programs across Tamil Nadu. Trainers will be responsible for delivering technical sessions, mentoring students, and ensuring effective learning outcomes in their respective technologies.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver technical training sessions to students on assigned technologies
Prepare and conduct practical and concept-based learning sessions
Mentor and guide students during training programs
Track student progress and learning outcomes
Support project-based and hands-on learning activities
Maintain training quality and ensure curriculum completion
Coordinate with academic and training teams for smooth execution
Eligibility Criteria
M.Tech Passout or Final Year M.Tech candidates
Minimum 3 years of relevant technical training or industry experience
Strong subject knowledge in assigned technology domain
Good communication and presentation skills
Local trainers from Tamil Nadu preferred
Preferred Skills
Classroom and on-campus training experience
Technical mentoring and problem-solving abilities
Strong practical and coding knowledge
Ability to engage and manage student batches effectively
