Job Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive to manage reporting, data analysis, and dashboard preparation for facility management operations. The role requires strong Excel skills and coordination with multiple departments.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports
Handle data management, report generation, and dashboard preparation
Maintain records of manpower, attendance, vendor bills, and site operations
Coordinate with operations, finance, and admin teams for accurate data collection
Monitor KPI reports and share updates with management
Ensure accuracy and timely submission of all reports
Manage Excel sheets, trackers, and documentation efficiently
Support site management in audits and operational reporting
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Table, Formulas, MIS reporting)
Basic knowledge of PowerPoint and reporting tools
Good communication and coordination skills
Strong analytical and data management ability
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
