We are hiring Customer Service Executives for an International Voice Process with Upselling responsibilities. The role involves handling international customers, resolving queries, and promoting relevant products/services where required.
π― Key Responsibilities
Handle international customer calls in a professional manner
Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries
Perform upselling and cross-selling of products/services
Maintain service quality and customer satisfaction
Follow communication scripts and process guidelines
Achieve daily/weekly performance targets
Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions
π Eligibility Criteria
UG / Graduate with minimum 6 months experience
Fresh graduates can also apply
Excellent communication skills required
Willingness to work in rotational shifts
