Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced HR Executive who can efficiently handle end-to-end HR operations, recruitment activities, and employee management processes in a fast-paced work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process
Conduct employee induction and handle joining documentation
Maintain attendance records and prepare salary sheets
Handle HR operations and administrative responsibilities
Organize and support employee engagement activities
Manage employee relations and resolve workplace concerns
Track employee performance and coordinate evaluations
Maintain HR records, reports, and email communication
Ensure proper documentation and data management using MS Office tools
Required Skills
Prior experience in HR role is mandatory
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and documentation work
Ability to handle multiple HR tasks efficiently
Problem-solving and coordination skills
