About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Professional with strong experience in core marketing functions. The ideal candidate should have a proven ability to plan, execute, and manage marketing strategies that strengthen brand presence and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute effective marketing strategies aligned with business goals
Drive brand building and positioning initiatives across target audiences
Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels
Conduct market research and analyze consumer behavior and industry trends
Manage promotional activities to enhance brand visibility and engagement
Collaborate with creative, design, and internal teams for campaign execution
Monitor campaign performance and optimize marketing efforts for better results
Contribute to branding initiatives and long-term brand growth strategy
Eligibility Criteria
3–4 years of experience in Core Marketing roles
Strong understanding of branding, strategy, and campaign management
Hands-on experience in marketing execution and planning
Ability to analyze market trends and consumer insights
Strong communication and coordination skills
Preferred Profile
Candidates with exposure to branding as part of marketing responsibilities will be preferred
Professionals with strategic marketing experience rather than purely execution-based field roles

Candidates from Sales, Outreach, Business Development, or purely Field Marketing backgrounds may not be suitable for this position
