Design onboarding programs for new hires.

Coordinate with management for skill development strategies.
Ensure smooth virtual classroom management.
Requirements:
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Prior experience in training, teaching, or corporate learning preferred.
Strong knowledge of virtual platforms (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.).
Ability to engage and motivate learners.
Good organizational and reporting skills.
