Job Description
We are hiring experienced Quality Analysts for International BPO operations. The role focuses on ensuring high-quality customer service, process compliance, and continuous improvement in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and evaluate customer interactions for quality compliance
Ensure adherence to QA frameworks and KPIs
Conduct audits and analyze agent performance
Provide feedback for performance improvement
Support process improvement and customer experience enhancement
Maintain quality reports and performance dashboards
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate with minimum 1 year experience as QA in International BPO
Overall 3+ years experience in International Customer Service
Strong knowledge of QA frameworks, KPIs, and performance metrics
Experience in agent evaluation and process improvement
Good communication and stakeholder management skills
Automobile/car industry experience is an added advantage
Comfortable with 24×7 rotational shifts including nights
Immediate joiners preferred
