Job Summary
We are hiring a Quality Analyst (QA) for our team in Pune (Pimpri). The candidate should have experience in quality monitoring, process audits, and performance evaluation to ensure service excellence and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and evaluate calls, chats, and customer interactions
Conduct quality audits and provide feedback to team members
Ensure adherence to process guidelines and quality standards
Identify performance gaps and suggest improvement plans
Prepare quality reports and maintain audit records
Support team leaders and operations in improving service quality
Ensure accuracy and compliance in customer handling
Eligibility Criteria
Graduate or Undergraduate candidates can apply
Minimum 1 year of experience (on paper) as QA
Good communication and analytical skills
Basic understanding of QA processes and reporting
