Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Manager / Senior HR Manager to lead end-to-end human resources functions. The role involves managing recruitment, employee engagement, compliance, performance management, and HR strategy to support business growth in the travel industry.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
Lead end-to-end recruitment processes.
Coordinate with department heads for hiring requirements.
Develop effective workforce planning strategies.
2. Employee Relations
Handle employee concerns and grievance management.
Foster a positive and productive work environment.
Maintain strong communication between management and staff.
3. Performance Management
Implement and monitor performance appraisal systems.
Support goal setting and employee development initiatives.
Drive performance improvement plans where required.
4. HR Policies & Compliance
Develop and implement HR policies aligned with company goals.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Maintain accurate HR records and documentation.
5. Learning & Development
Identify training needs across departments.
Organize employee development programs.
Support leadership growth initiatives.
6. Strategic HR (Senior Level)
Contribute to long-term HR strategy.
Lead HR operations and initiatives.
Support organizational growth and change management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience in HR roles (5+ years for Manager, 8+ years preferred for Senior Manager).
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws.
