💼 Key Responsibilities:
• Lead medium-sized enterprise projects end-to-end
• Define scope, timelines, and resource plans with stakeholders
• Drive SAP system upgrades, especially within SAP FICO
• Partner with technical & business teams to ensure seamless execution
• Manage risks, issues, and dependencies proactively
• Ensure strong communication across cross-functional teams
• Oversee vendor and consultant deliverables
✅ Required Skills:
• Experience managing enterprise system upgrades (SAP preferred)
• Strong knowledge of SAP FICO & SAP Security fundamentals
• Finance domain expertise (Investments, General Ledger, Accounts Payable)
• Excellent stakeholder management & communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Project, Visio, and MS Office
⭐ Nice to Have:
• Insurance industry experience
• PMP Certification
