We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Solar Sales Head to lead and grow solar project sales across residential, commercial, and industrial segments. This role is ideal for someone who understands the solar market, can close high-value deals, and drive business growth independently.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
🔹 Lead end-to-end solar project sales (lead generation to deal closure)
🔹 Identify & convert residential, commercial, and industrial solar clients
🔹 Conduct client meetings, presentations, and proposal discussions
🔹 Achieve monthly & quarterly sales targets
🔹 Build strong, long-term client relationships
🔹 Coordinate with technical & project teams for smooth execution
🔹 Track market trends, competitors, and new opportunities
🔹 Maintain sales pipeline, reports, and CRM data
🎯 Skills & Requirements
✔️ 3–5 years of mandatory experience in solar sales
✔️ Strong knowledge of solar systems & project lifecycle
✔️ Excellent communication, negotiation & presentation skills
✔️ Target-driven and self-motivated mindset
✔️ Willingness to travel for site visits & client meetings
✔️ Graduate/Postgraduate preferred
